What you’ll need (serves 2)
- 2 walleye fillets (fresh caught is best!)
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 250 ml beer (the more bubbles the better)
- soda can be substituted
- 1/2 tsp Cayenne powder
- 1 large onion
- Salt and pepper to taste
