My name is Z and I like to fish. When I’m not fishing, I’m usually eating, so I figured, why not combine those two passions?
Cooking has always been a huge part of my life. I was raised enjoying home cooked meals–my mom specialized in more traditional dishes, and my dad was the expert of experimentation. This combination of the basics and experimental made me grow a strong appreciation for quality, fresh ingredients and the many different flavours of the world.
